Established in 1911, RPA is one of the nation's oldest real estate appraisal firms, with branch offices in Columbus, Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio. The current owners and managers of the firm have over 100 years of aggregate experience in the appraisal field.

Our offices are staffed with licensed and FHA-approved appraisers who follow USPAP guidelines.
